Hillco Insurance Agency was created as a boutique insurance firm with the primary focus on helping clients with their insurance and risk management.   By focusing on a select number of clients,  we are able to provide exclusivity to our clients that is atypical of most every other insurance agency.  Incorporating a private client division, Baptiste is able to spend more time with his clients and be available for them when they need him most.

We specialize in personal and commercial coverage for individuals, families and their businesses. Hillco works closely with each client to fully understand their exposure and needs to properly design a custom insurance plan with one of our top-rated insurance carriers.  Baptiste teamed up with Hillco Insurance Agency, where the Hill family has been helping Texans with insurance since 1966.

Originally from Wyoming, Baptiste attended Southeastern Oklahoma State University before settling in Dallas in 2011. He brings over 16 years of client relations experience to Hillco Insurance. His number one goal as a trusted advisor has always been to be available and to go the extra mile for his clients. Baptiste excels in the financial services industry because he feels that there is a real need to help clients understand what is available to them.  He currently lives in the Lakewood neighborhood of Dallas with his wife.
